It's just that I am Catholic, it is an important part of who I am and that means it will definitely be part of what I am writing and saying.

Please use this site like a simple prayer rhythm - small, steady steps that add up over time.

• If you would like to move more slowly, just set a consistent time and keep showing up - even when it feels ordinary.
• If you miss a day, don't worry about "catching up" (unless you want to). Just return and get back to the rhythm.
